The service we provided
1. Free design and consultation: Customer provide his/her detailed site dimensions and playground plan, where roof clear height, columns and other obstacles specifications, and entrance size must be shared. We make a scheme through the site situation and communication, final detailed drawing will be given after revision according to customer's demand and budget.
2. Sales and production: In order to protect both parties especially the customers interest, customer can place an order on platform with detailed terms of contract, STAR FUN factory will organize production and delivery accordingly.
3. Installation: Generally installation terms will be the same as mentioned as above, it can be specified according to customer's demand.
4. After sales service: Quick-wear parts and consumable materials as well as respective warranty of components they will be listed in sales contract at different quantity and time for 1-3 years;

2, Producing of indoor playground equipment: Product leading time is 15-30 days depend on design.
We will do trial installation before delivery (metal and plastic part), will provide real images and 3D installation diagram.
